What you're buying

A license to use the Bullhorn Text app on one Mac you own or control. Founding buyers (the first 100) receive future updates free. You may reinstall on a replacement Mac.

How you may use it

Bullhorn Text sends texts from your own phone number through Apple's Messages app. Use it only to text people who know you and expect to hear from you. Don't use it for unsolicited marketing, purchased lists, harassment, or anything that breaks Apple's terms or the law where you live, including US rules on marketing texts. You are responsible for the messages you send and for honoring requests to stop. The app helps by recording STOP replies, but you're still responsible.

No warranty

Bullhorn Text depends on Apple's Messages and macOS, which Apple can change at any time. The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid.

Refunds

The "save an hour" guarantee: if Bullhorn Text doesn't save you at least an hour, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No forms. After a refund, the license key stops working in future versions of the app.

Payments and taxes

Checkout is run by Stripe's Link, which processes your payment, includes sales tax and VAT in the price where it applies, and sends your receipt. Your statement shows LINK.COM* BULLHORNTEXT.

Friend codes (referrals)

Every buyer gets a personal friend code. A new buyer who uses it at checkout gets $20 off, and the code's owner earns $20 for that purchase. There is no limit on how many people can use a code.

Bonuses: when your 5th referred friend buys, we add a $25 bonus, and when your 20th buys, we add a $100 bonus, on top of the $20 per friend.

Rewards are paid two ways. First, we refund $20 per referral to the card you bought with, until your full purchase price has come back to you. After that, rewards go into a balance that we pay monthly by PayPal or Venmo; reply to your reward email to tell us where. If your payouts in a calendar year pass $600, we'll need a W-9 from you before paying more, as US tax rules require.

When you share your link or code publicly or with people who don't know you get a reward, say so, for example "I get a small thank-you if you buy." US advertising rules require it.

Using your own code, creating fake purchases, or sharing your code through spam, purchased lists or unsolicited messages isn't allowed, and rewards earned that way will be cancelled. Only a completed, paid purchase earns a reward; a visit, a click or an unfinished checkout never does. If a referred purchase is later refunded, its reward is reversed: it comes out of your unpaid balance, and anything already refunded to your card is deducted from your next rewards. A friend who pays with the same card as you counts as using your own code. If two of your referred friends are refunded, your code is paused while we take a look. We may change or end the program for future purchases at any time; rewards already earned will still be paid.
